"Did u know what's g%d for u is good 4 ur future baby?"
First of all, congratulations! You have come to the right place! The instructions for participating in the "Did u know" activities are simple!
You can either participate in the online activities (see below) and/or participate in the text messaging campaign which will take place January and February of 2011. Random participants will be selected to win gift cards for BOTH activities!
If you are interested in the texting campaign, you will receive no more than 12 text messages on a variety of health-related topics during January and February. Text "Sign Me Up" to 615-294-4199 if interested, OR e-mail

Instructions for participating in the online modules:
1. Take the pre-test BEFORE reading through any of the information in this section.
The pre-test should take 5 minutes or less!

2. Read through each of the five modules in this section: folic acid, smoking, alcohol,
diabetes, and healthy weight.
3. Complete the post-test after reviewing each of the five modules in this section.
Information will be collected at the end of the post-test so we can send your gift card
to you if you are selected in one of the drawings!

You must complete BOTH the pre- and post-tests to earn a gift card, and there is no 'passing' or
'failing' score, just be sure and try your best!
